Wolf-Rest : the repose of the Wolf
Wolfrest has been as a narration of the wolf’s long journey from the Central Italy to the Piedmont region, the place where this delicate and fragrant gin is made. At the end of the journey, resting among the botanicals, the wolfs discovered the aromas of flavors of the Mediterranean and our the beloved territory of Langhe.
Wolfrest is a Gin produced in Piedmont and made solely with botanicals cultivated and collected in Italy, by four separate distillations.

7 essences:
Juniper berries come from Umbria,
Pernambucco sweet orange (Liguria)
Piedmont Elderflower
Langhe Botanicals: Bay Leaf, Thyme, Wild Rosemary, Hazelnut

Production:
The production of this cereal-based gin is put through four distinct distillations so as to extract the best aromas and characteristics from the 7 botanicals that make up this Italian Gin. The gin is produced with the use of small alembic.

Characteristics of botanicals:
- The most characteristics notes of Wolfrest is hazelnuts.
- Juniper and rosemary perfumes persistently embrace and imbue the gin
- Note of sweet and fresh aroma of citrus from the Ligurian orange
- Elderflower balances and harmonizes the scents toward to the finish.

Tasting Notes:
A dedicate gin with a persistent body, smooth and round. Thanks to the richness of local hazelnuts, Umbrian Juniper, famous for moderate tannics gives a very intense taste supported by typical Mediterranean botanicals, such as thyme, allorum & wild rosemary. Sweetness and freshness comes from the only one sweet orange cultivated in the North of Italy, from Pernambucco and Liguria.

Paring:
Wolfrest is perfect with neutral & dry tonic waters to express its natural aroma. It’s recommended neat or with bitters to contrast the natural sweetness of the gin.Wolfrest works wonderfully in a vermouth cocktail, such as Martini with orange peel.
